1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Item Condition: Item must be in its original, unused condition with no damage
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation email must be provided
  • Return Authorization: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained beforehand

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling
  • Items returned without prior RMA authorization
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at dragsword75@gmail.com to request an RMA number
  2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and RMA number (usually within 1-2 business days)
  4. Securely package the item in its original packaging
  5. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in our confirmation email
  7. Use a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

4. Refund Options

  • Full Refund: To the original payment method, minus return shipping costs
  • Store Credit: Full item value as store credit for future purchases (recommended)
  • Exchange: Replacement of the same item, subject to availability

Store credit is issued immediately upon approval. Full refunds are processed after item inspection.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Approval: Notified via email within 24 hours of inspection
  • Refund Issuance: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage along with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement as soon as possible.

8. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Refunds for international returns will be processed after the item clears customs and is received at our facility.
