How to Track Your Package
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can track your order in two ways:
Email Tracking
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for real-time updates.
Carrier Website
Use your tracking number on the carrier website (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
Shopify Shop App
Download the Shop app to track all your orders in one place with push notifications.
Tracking Status Meanings
- Order Confirmed: Your payment has been processed. We are preparing your order.
- Processing: Your sword is being carefully inspected, polished, and packaged (1-2 business days).
- Shipped: Your package has left our facility. Tracking will update as it moves through the carrier network.
- In Transit: Your package is on the way. Updates occur at each carrier scan point.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery vehicle. Expect delivery today.
- Delivered: Your package has been delivered to the shipping address.
No Tracking Update?
- Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to appear after shipping
- International orders may show limited tracking once they leave the origin country
- If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days, contact us for a carrier trace
