3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States over $150. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout. No coupon code is required.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Delivery times for international orders are estimates and may be affected by customs processing in the destination country.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package
You can track your order at any time by logging into your account or using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Some countries may have import restrictions on decorative bladed items — please check local laws before ordering
- We reserve the right to cancel orders from restricted regions
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will initiate a trace with the carrier
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging
- Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can modify addresses for orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
